We build habits, and then habits build us; but, most people think habits are only behavioral, where in fact, the most powerful habits are new ways of thinking and feelings!

We assert that many people live their whole lives, without getting clear on the most fundamental questions in life. Questions are the answer, so if we want better answers in life, we must answer more empowering questions. That is precisely what our preparation and journals are structured to do, create thought patterns to direct your attention to specific areas for growth.
REFLECTION
Goal-setting is an essential tool for self-motivation and self-discipline – It gives meaning to our actions and is linked with higher motivation, self-esteem, and self-confidence. But, most people do not set goals correctly, or from a place of desire where they actually want what they say they do! Our saying is Live on Purpose, and a goal or mission helps set that purpose for action.
